Refund Policy: 14-Day Barrier Promise

• Who: first-time buyers of the Barrier Reset Duo, 14 days (AR+BR), one claim per customer/household.
• Window: claim within 14 days of delivery (GDex delivered date), plus 3 days grace = by day 17.
• How: WhatsApp or email with order number and reason, plus (1) short videos of the treated area showing no improvement: a "day 1" video, plus videos sent to us at 2 check-ins and on day 14, each showing the date and time; and (2) the issue raised with our consultant during your check-ins within the 14 days.
• Return: send products back (opened is fine) to the address we give. Customer pays return shipping.
• Refund: full product price to your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the return. Delivery fees and upsell items follow the standard policy below.
• Standard policy (other items): unopened items within 7 days of delivery; damaged/wrong items replaced free – report within 3 days with a video.
• Delivery: free in West Malaysia; +RM15 Sabah & Sarawak; +RM25 Labuan & Singapore (shown at checkout).
• If your skin worsens or reacts (redness, lasting stinging, rash): stop use and see your doctor right away. Don't keep using it to film it. Tell us within the 14 days, and a reaction still qualifies for the refund without the no-improvement videos.
