• We collect: name, contact, address, order and payment info (cards handled by Stripe; we never see card numbers), quiz answers, and name + WhatsApp number if you download our research.
• Purpose: fulfil orders, delivery (GDex/warehouse), customer support, reorder reminders, research-download follow-up, legal/accounting records.
• Photos (version 1): not uploaded to the site. If you choose to send skin photos on WhatsApp, they are used only to guide your routine, seen only by Zeitschild staff, not a medical diagnosis, and deleted within 90 days unless you agree otherwise.
• Marketing use of photos or stories: only with your separate written opt-in; you can withdraw anytime.
• Marketing messages: only if you tick the opt-in; unsubscribe anytime.
• Sharing: only with our payment processor, courier/warehouse, and accounting systems. We do not sell data.
• Retention: order records 7 years (tax law); quiz and research-download data 2 years, or until you opt out.
